Instructions

  1. Cook beef and vegetables
  2. Add seasoning and canned goods
  3. Simmer until vegetables are soft
  4. Pour into a baking dish
  5. Stir cornmeal, salt and water over heat for five minutes
  6. Stir in butter/oil until all mixed
  7. Spoon over meat mixture
  8. Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes
